... Everything comes and goes, everything evolves; the seasons change, people get closer and then move away, jobs and projects arrive and then end ... As a metaphor for life, his aerobatic aerial Yoga sequences teach us that the most important thing is to keep his CENTER.
Ropes can move because of our own movements or external elements; the postures change and evolve because we do not have only one definition, but we are well an infinity of possibilities; the sun may dazzle us or the rain may begin to fall; fears can arise and block us ... But if we maintain our physical and emotional CENTER, there is nothing insurmountable:
The wind can move the ropes but thanks to my center, I stand and I take advantage of the movement that goes from enemy to playmate;
Thanks to my consciously activated center, I naturally evolve from one posture to another; if a cold rain comes to surprise me, I kindly leave the hammock without breaking the movement thanks to my activated center and I let the elements express themselves, I will resume my practice later;
In front of a new posture a fear assures me, it does not matter:
I trust my center to protect me in my evolution, and if I can not, I recognize my limits and I will try again tomorrow. I wish you luck and patience on the way to meet your CENTER. He is hard, but wonderful. Aerial Yoga, an Art of Life.
